I have years of experience looking after my elderly grandmother and my younger siblings. I love feeling like i can really make a difference to someones day simply but helping them with daily life. Its not just another job to me, being a support worker/carer is a truly rewarding job and it is challenging yet full-filling and is something i would love to do. ^& ^&One of my strongest traits is that i am empathetic and passionate. I enjoy listening to people and engaging with them in meaningful ways to help them. I believe it is so important to be able to actively listen to clients when addressing their needs.
