About

I grew up in a large family of nine children, that is a lot of sharing experiences which has made me the caring person I am today. I love to cook and take care of people, including both my parents aged 97 and 95 who live around the corner from me. Being able to understand how someone is feeling and having natural empathy is a strong quality for this type of role.^& ^&I enjoy taking my mother out in her wheelchair for walks, sometimes she just wants to go somewhere close and sit in the sun other times she has the energy for more so we will go to a coffee shop and enjoy the busy atmosphere. I bought some knitting for her as her eyesight deteriorated, she did this without having to see well and it kept her hands busy and moving. Reading an article that may interest the person, music to listen too and best of all conversation. ^&
