About
I wanted to become a social worker because I’m a people pleaser and love helping people in need of assistance, when I worked as a childcare educator it showed me how much I loved seeing people excel in life. I’m a happy, fun, loving person and feel being a social worker would be the right role for me. At the moment I’m studying my certificate in disability and mental health to widen my perspective and skills on people with disability and mental health. I don’t have many hobbies as I’m a mother too three beautiful children, my time is maintaining a home with children who have hobbies and their needs being met, I do also do things for myself like going to the movies or out for dinner. My skills included time management as even though I have three children, I can manage working, studying and maintaining my home and children’s needs. I am also a good cook, I having teaching experience as a I worked in a child care. I worked 1.5 years working in a childcare centre studying my cert 3 in early childhood. During my time at the centre I had the opportunity to work with some amazing children who need additional support. This required me to learn so much about support work.
