I am a passionate and highly dedicated Mental Health and Disability Support Worker. I have over 6 years’ experience in the community services sector. I have a high level of stress resilience and emotional intelligence, excellent track record of applying client-centred and strength-based approaches in supporting NDIS clients implement their NDIS goals in both residential and community settings. I am fully computer literate and proficient in both paper and computer-based documentation. I have the capacity to collaborate as part of a diverse team and work autonomously. I have strong communication skills that make it easy for me to quickly rapport with clients and colleagues alike.^& ^&Through collaboration with the clients, I will be able to learn from them how best they would like to be helped. I will apply my social work skills of client centred approach and the experiences gained through working with clients before. ^&
