I have been in the customer service area for more than 20 years; facing and serving all kinds of people is my everyday job. I worked in banking as a financial services professional after I got my finance bachelor's degree, and then I worked for an international trading company as a marketing manager. Then I moved to Australia, worked in varied jobs in service and care areas, and now I have the qualities of child care and education, as well as an age-care certificate, and I am working in a childcare center and an age-care center. As always, I serve and care for people from the bottom of my heart, and it's easy for me to form friendships with them. On the other hand, working with people from diverse backgrounds as a team member toward the same goal has provided me with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations. I have a big family, and I take care of my three children. Everyday housework, cooking, and making activities with children will never trouble me, and I would like to share these with other people, especially those who are in need. I know that everyone has a story; I like to listen to them and help them like I was helped when I was in need. ^& ^&For example, I have work experience in childcare and acculturation, and I am also a mother of three children. I can share my skills and experience with other people who are taking care of their children, and I can also provide babysitting for them if they are in need. An other example is, I have work experience in age-care center and understand skills of communicating with elders and dementia people, I can share the knowledge with other people who are taking care of elders. ^&
