I am doing job as a support worker since march 2023. It was a kind of satisfaction to work with vulnerable people to help them out in a best possible ways to make them happy and feel good. I worked with many people having mental and physical disabilities and it always feels good. Other than this i have all the documents that i need to work in this field like certificate IV in disability, WWCC, NDIS check, NSW license, first Aid etc. Other than this i am studying in social work as well. Its always feels good to work with disable people because they needs us and after helping them the feelings that they showed to us is priceless indeed. So i love this job. ^& ^&By creating interest in other person and explaining the benefits and happiness that other person can have after having this skill or hobby. And by helping the other person to learn that. ^&
