I love working and helping people out I come from a big family so I was always helping out and also I have 5kids of my own that I have looked after and deciated 17years of my life full time to them and I loved every bit of it.i myself have been in a few positions in my life where I have needed support and I understand that feeling so being able to give back and help out is a amazing feeling. Having had people help me when I needed it the most, has opened my heart up. I know that everyone has a story and am interested to listen without judgement and meet and connect with different people.^& ^&I love being fit I'm more then happy to share my personal training that I do everyday with someone from the community that wants to be active ^&
