With over 10 years experience in creative approaches, I have seen first hand the positive impact of art, music and meditation on grounding, reducing anxiety and the joy that doing something ‘a bit different’ brings to life. Whether you have never picked up a brush before or have had a lot of experience in art or music, our time together will uplift your heart, increase your confidence and help your mind, body and soul.
