I would make an excellent Social Carer because of my inherent compassion, sensitivity, and desire to improve the lives of others. In this capacity, I believe in encouraging inclusivity, diversity, and respect for individuals' autonomy. Because of my strong communication abilities, I am able to promote trust and open discourse, resulting in a supportive environment for individuals in my care. ^& ^&I would share my love of cooking and baking with the community, by teaching those who don't know how to, for example when I babysit my 4-year-old cousin we bake cakes and treats of all sorts. Before I baby sat her she didn't know how to bake cakes and sweet treats but now she loves to cook.^&
