I wanted to become a Social Carer because it's a very rewarding feeling to be able to provide a gift of care. I have a passion to help others and provide encouragement and mentorship and to be part of other's achievements in life. Some of my hobbies include gardening, jigsaw puzzles, reading, fishing, kayaking and camping. I have extensive experience in personalised customer service, creative merchandising and baking goods from bread to pastry products. I have a Chinese background which instills in me the importance of respect and be helpful. I'm easy-going, self motivated and can never say no to helping others if I'm able to. I am in social contacts and support with many elderly people whom I've developed a relationship through my previous work.
