I applied to this position because ever since I was a Teenager loved helping people and through each of my jobs, I was able to do that but the one that stuck out most to me was the volunteer work I did at the Wallsend aged care hospital. I delivered food, cleaned, and had conversations with the patients, I loved talking with the residents and building genuine connections with them. I knew I wanted to pursue a similar career where I could foster relationships and help others by making their daily tasks easier to manage and being able to be there for them emotionally and physically.^& ^&I enjoy travelling, competing in sports, volunteer work and love keeping myself active. I’ve played sports since I was a kid and recently, I made a touch footy team to stay in shape and meet new people, I encourage everyone to communicate during the game and try to keep each player involved so they can gain more experience. I adore travelling I’ve basically been travelling my whole life to so many different countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, UAE and many more, this has taught me to adapt to new situations and use my organization and planning skills to ensure I can have the most fun I can while ensuring I’m prepared for any difficult situations that may arise. When overseas in India I volunteer at the orphanage and was responsible for preparing their food and getting the privilege of spending time with them. They not only welcomed me with open arms but welcomed me into their homes and treated me with so much respect which really touched me and encourages me every day to give back.^&
