To organise FICT workshops and work with the cofacilitator in coordination with the program and venue. Work within a community development framework and manage budget. Responsible for the organisation of day trips for migrant elderly people including the provision of vehicle, venue, meals, and their safety. Organise regular gatherings where participants come together to work on the community workshop, exchange experiences, and build relationships. Continuously seek feedback from participants to improve your workshops. Adapt the content based on their needs and preferences. By hosting these community workshops, I am not only sharing my FICT expertise but also creating a sense of community and promoting the many benefits of cultural transitions.
