My desire to live for others is a major drive for my decision to work in this sector. I had spent the early years of my youth to work in construction industry as construction supervisor and also invested in my home country in other for me to have enough resources to support some kids that are less privilege in my community. And as at present I am proudly supporting five students in tertiary institution such as University, Polytechnic and Nursing college. I came from a large family of about 12 children and I grew up with a lot of responsibilities on my shoulder even right from my teenage years therefore helping others or getting along with people for work related purposes is an easy thing for me. I had a Higher National Diploma in building technology which I worked with for over a decade before switching to care worker in 2017. I had worked with two different companies in my home country before moving to Australia this year June. I have acquired necessary training and certificate since my arrival and I`m readily prepared to get into the care worker industry in Australia. My motto in life is “Be an investor but not just an investor but human investor”. I believe the best I can do with my life is to spend it for others. I understand I’m going to be paid for this service but 60% of my income is going back to Africa for life changing projects especially for teenagers that are finding it difficult financially to navigate their path in life. Finally, I know we all have our desires, wishes and need that are to be met but it is my utmost desire to be part of a great process to achieving it. ^& ^&I can share my hobbies with people in the community through volunteering. For example, I can volunteer to organize a group of music lover to listen and learn music together and this can also create an avenue for talent discovery. I actually spent 12 years of my life leading a group of young girls and boys in my local church nurturing their musical skills. ^&
