Hi, my name is Monica and I'm support worker with a background in Childhood Education. I'm passionate about social support and I'm currently studying a certificate in Community Services. I value building real connections with people, providing dignity and respect with my services. I'm caring, patient and understanding, with a friendly and positive demeanor. I currently work in domestic assistance some mornings, I have long experience and clients for many years. I always take the time to know the people I work with and I look to help them maintain their independence. I was born in Chile, I am a native Spanish speaker.
