I come from a strong background in customer service face to face and over the phone. I have come to appreciate and understand the importance of providing exceptional care to customer from all walks of life. Working in the international airport as a customer service agent to the passengers less mobile and with disabilities. The experience I have gained has enabled me to listen, communicate and provide assistances to passengers, has provided me with a firm foundation that I’m willing to build on.^& ^&Using my love for technology and patiences I can provide assistances in navigating phones, tv, washing machines, laptops, Kitchen gadgets to gain more independence.
