I've done about 6 months of work placement in a disability center in North Sydney. I'm about to finish my Diploma in Counselling and also got a Community Services certification. In addition, I will bring an extensive professional experience as I've been managing around ten people for Oakley Flagship in Sydney besides other activities.^& ^&I would definitely suggest a few activities and understand the person wishes through attentive and open listening. After working out together the best day plan I would introduce the person to the activity and be energetic, patient and supportive throughout the whole activity.^&
