I am a keen and a quick learner, I have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. I have the ability to communicate and build rapport with clients to provide support in a domestic situation. I can commit to and act responsibly when working with an organisation and adhere to policy and procedures required for the service. ^& ^&I like to share Indigenous culture with clients, in previous role I invited the client I supported to NAIDOC activities being held in community. Assisted them at the event by escorting them around to the services on show on the day to collect information required. We participated in Elder activities on the day. I would also ask if they would like to attend local organised cultural tours and events when they arise. I have also invited clients if they are interested to come along to sporting events. ^&
