Hi, my name is Spun (pronounced like the word :) I am in my final year of Medicine at UNSW. Currently located in Kensington :) I love to provide support in Kensington and surrounding suburbs. Available evenings on weekdays and all day weekends. I've always had an interest in community service since I was in middle school; provided care packages for Burmese refugees in Thailand, provided art therapy to stigmatised groups and worked with several university societies assisting women and children. I also pursued medicine as a way to continue my service work for the rest of my life. However, I found that university service opportunities focus on raising money and superficial support. While, I want to have a genuine personal connection. I have always loved art and I would love to use art as a medium to make a real difference. I feel a sense of calmness when doing art, it takes me away from daily stressors, it has made me patient, observant and content. I believe that it have a similar effect on others. I am also interested in cooking, baking, gardening, board games, outdoor activities and more! I'd love to get to know you :D
