I do possess the ability to understand people's feeling and i tend to share in them too. it is one of the trait i have developed personally and in my experience overtime. i also give respect to everyone regardless of their background and i am patient with them.^& ^&I will ask politely what interest someone in the community after building a good rapport with the person. knowing what the person likes best and offering we do it together. that way the person is carried along and would enjoy the whole process of doing it.^&
