I have a bubbly and warm personality. I always strive to make others around me comfortable and do everything in my power to ensure everyone is able to express themselves as best as possible in any environment. I find it important to make others feel safe and empowered to be their true selves and put their best foot forward in any situation. I love making new friend and have a magnetic personality. My friends and family often come to me for advice and support as I pride myself in not judging anyone and trying my best to give anyone in need a person to confide in or offer a different perspective to allow the other person to come to a resolution.^& ^&Whenever I find myself stressed or feeling down I cope by focusing my energy in to creating art or music. I find an escape through painting while listening to music and taking time away from any problem. I find concentrating on something creative instead of feeding into anxious or negative thoughts helps me relax and revisit any issue with a more rational mind, avoiding reactions based off emotions. I would love to share tips like these with someone to help them channel their emotions into creating and minimising pessimistic and imposing thoughts.^&
