It's important that a support worker is not only someone who is caring and supportive, but is also a person who can make you feel empowered, independent and included in the community. The support worker must be able to step back to allow the person they support to be independent and I believe i have these qualities to possess.^& ^&The nicest thing about myself, or should I say my hobby, is that I am a really relaxed person both inside and out. I am a cool person in my own right, and that is enough since my vibe also creates a great environment around me. I can't tell from the beginning, but I've noticed a shift in myself and it's extremely cool, so I accept it.^&
