I always had a background working with disadvantaged, disabled people; after finishing high school in Germany I worked for 1,5 years with physical disabled persons. I raised two children as a sole parent. Now I am retired, migrated 2 years ago to Australia on a Partnership visa. I think it would be good to share my experience of a lifetime employed person with the community^& ^&Assess the person to their needs, evaluate the common interest, propose a variety of activities due to their daily needs to improve their quality of life^&
