I may not have a lot of experiences with social work but i have done Aged care placements. This really motivated be to be a social worker as i’m willing apply my skills in helping the communities and building positive relationships.^& ^&i am able to actively listen to the clients needs by engaging in their conversations which helps build a postive realationship with the clients where they are comfortable and able to to share their challenges.^&
