I am passionate about helping people and feel a profound sense of satisfaction when I see my care making a difference in their lives. Seeing my clients reach their personal goals gives me a confidence boost and reminds me of why I love working in social care. Some of my hobbies include enjoying music, exploring nature, cooking and baking which may aid the interests and goals of the clients I am providing support to. Secondly, I am passionate about caring for other for eg, doing personal care, social support and development of life skills and provide help when they need. Thirdly, I have an organisational skills which includes good listening, verbal and writing skills, which aids my communication skills. MY organisational skills boost my ability to understand and follow policies and procedures, and also to fill in care and support plans.
