I’m fun and outgoing, so I’ve always enjoyed working with people. Nursing and caring for people has been my passion from a young age. First starting out in the aged care industry before making the change to community support. I love assisting people to be independent and confident while achieving their goals. I understand everyone is different with a variety of life experiences, I love hearing peoples stories and experiences. Building relationships and making people smile is one of my priorities. ^& ^&I would give advice on how I achieve the skill/hobby. Guiding them to help them independently. Make it a fun experience. I’ve created a scavenger hunt to find all different objects at a park which was a fun game while adventuring.^&
