Because of my value relevant to the job role, such as Integrity, Respect, Diversity, and Collaboration. However, I have been taught to help others since childhood, so I chose to study social work degree in order to professionalize by helping others. I understand vulnerable people are directly affected every day, Social Carer is here to help the people through this difficult time. And feel more empathy for their experiences. I knew that this was what I wanted to do.^& ^&I’ve played badminton since primary school, I joined the Chinese elderly community service, built relationships and volunteered to teach them badminton skills, and designed badminton activities according to their interests and intentions. I encouraged them to share their skills and interests to promote empowerment with them.^&
