I have spent most of my adult life working in the hospitality industry, with the opportunity to work with some kids on an exchange programme, helping these kids to fulfil their goals whilst in this programme made me question my current employment in hospitality and thus started my new journey into disability support work. Whilst transitioning into this sector, I was called upon my family to care for my terminally ill family member. I did this for two years^& ^&As a professional cook, I would love to share my skills with someone if they desire. I have a vast range of menus that I can show them and teach them how to cook their favourite meal or something else they may choose^&
