I have always worked in Customer service, working in close contact with people and providing assistance to meet with customer’s requirements. I would describe myself as a people person, I am passionate about providing an excellent customer service and love connecting with people. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who loves bringing joy to others and make a positive impact, leaving things better than the way I found it. I am also very compassionate and empathetic and never judge a person as each one of us has our own life journey and you have to walk in someone’s else’s shoes to fully understand them. I have experience working as a teacher and have worked with young children and also whilst working for Melbourne Water HO provided face to face assistance to the older population Here I received an award for excellence for assisting an elderly couple. I am highly organised and like to create a warm and inviting environment where people feel safe and are well taken care of. I easily connect with people and hope that any additional support or assistance I can provide will make a real difference in some one else’s life^& ^&I love sharing any skills or pass on information and knowledge to others which I feel could open up a person to a new world and enrich their lives This could be done by participating in any activity from playing games, listening to music, reading or watching movies together, cooking, walking in nature or visiting museums, plays or historical sites I would try to make the activity fun and engaging by capturing their attention and interest and sharing my passion which has often has been described as contagious. An example I can give is whilst l lived abroad for a period of time, I love history and travelling, so when a friend or family would came to visit, I would organise trips where one could appreciate hidden art treasures and out of the way breath taking views, sharing little gems of information whilst savouring local culinary treats and fully immersing into the local culture. ^&
