I've always wanted to work in social work since I believe it provides numerous options for advancement in various fields. Having the opportunity to further my education, specialise in mental health counselling, and apply the skills I've gained from my work experience motivates me to do more in my career. I am fun friendly and bubbly and think I would be a great candidate to consider for this position.^& ^&One of my hobbies is doing word searches. As doing crosswords can range in difficulty i would ensure not to first introduce it at its fullest complexity. Instead maybe start with some shorter words then eventually work our way up. In addition, I would demonstrate and narrate how to do a wordsearch as people like knowing what to expect.I would demonstrate the steps in finding the word before letting the other person try it so they get a good understanding. For example looking for vowels As people love to learn, i would try explain the intricate details to ensure the person im teaching feels knowledgable which will push them to want to learn more and increase their interest. ^&
