I wanted to become a social carer because i love to work with people with all kinds of disabilities I have experience in this field , it makes me happy knowing I can make a difference in people's lives in every day living I love all sports as I am a very energetic sporty person I used to play soccer over in the uk at Wembley , and I moved to Australia back in 1992 and I played women's AFL , I love music at a radio station as a presenter 1 evening a week. I have excellent communication skills, Management skills are a collection of abilities that I have .Leadership skills include the abilities & strengths in management roles that aid in guiding and encouraging a group of people and their team ...I have been a team leader in the company I currently work with I Only now do one day a week I won the employee of the year award last year .
