I am a warm, sweet, caring, emphatic and responsible person. I consider myself as a professional but also a companion, coach, educator and community bridge-builder. I desire to help people to live fulfilling lives, to be an inclusive part of their community, and to enable them to develop and maintain relationships. I have good listening and problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations and a high level of patience and emotional resilience. I am passionate about holistic health, mental health and sustainability. I love to exercise, climbing, hiking, camping and in general being in nature. I also love animals (I have a lovely dog), to read, listen to music, going to festivals, cooking and being surrounded by people. Overall, I am very open-minded and curious individual with a positive and can-do-attitude.
