I have always been passionate about working with people and have been fortunate enough to spend most of my professional career working in a variety of different roles in the Community Sector. I have predominately worked in the youth space supporting disadvantaged and troubled youths with complex behavioural challenges as well as their families. I have extensive experience with developing and implementing individualised plans, providing behavioural support, and creating positive social environments for the people I work with to thrive in. I possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, which have enabled me to achieve positive outcomes for those who have been under my care. I am a patient and empathetic individual, who is capable to build strong relationships with people from all walks of life. ^& ^&One of my skills & hobbies is playing musical instruments. If someone was willing I could teach them to play the guitar, keyboard, drums or even teach them music production. We could set up a schedule to have lessons for whenever they were free. I have found music to be a great tool to help people express themselves when they may not be able to find the words to do so. ^&
