I love making a positive difference in another’s life, teaching independence and watching them succeed to reach their goals I find rewarding. I have 18 months experience in disability support working with a range of clients with all different personal medical histories. I enjoy the challenge of every day not being the same. The joys of being able to have a laugh with clients and feeling the compassion and trust between one another to not only help them grow as an individual but also myself as the carer to become more understanding and empathetic towards a variety of individual personal needs. I have a brother with epilepsy, also friends with children with autism, adhd, epilepsy, Asperger’s which I have also cared for. ^& ^&I would communicate via asking questions around it if there was a common interest, showing pictures/ videos. If they were interested I would organise a date and time to show or teach which includes Horse therapy and riding. ^&
