I love working as a support worker and I have been doing this role for more than 3 years now. I came from a cultural background where we really provide the best care possibile to our family members including extended family. I have professional experience with aged care indivuals needing my support and recently have been looking after clients with neurological conditions which includes ASD, AHDH and Intellectual disability. I find that working in this industry provides a sense of purpose as I help to look after vulnerable people. My work ethics entails providing high respect and empathy to the elderly and disabled.^& ^&I usually go along with my client and encourage him to be more active so would take to swimming, rock climbing. I also enjoy walking with my client and enjoying the view of nature. ^&
