I am originally from the Philippines and have been married for 18 years with three beautiful children. I used to be a hairdresser and salon owner before moving to Australia. I always keep my surroundings tidy and clean regularly. I am an early childhood educator (lead educator), which enhances my leadership skills and improves my work in my classroom. I love childcare and nurturing children, along with helping and supporting the children in their growth milestones. I communicate with parents daily about their children's skills development. My responsibilities during work include daily individual and weekly program activities. I can work in a fast-paced environment and have some flexibility, along with being able to adapt to various settings. I have great teamwork skills, with a can-do attitude. With the skills I gained, I was able to explore different working environments and met a range of people. I learned about the varying cultures as I communicated with large communities, and I gained new knowledge about different subjects and have been educated on the diversity surrounding my area - and I greatly appreciate and respect it.^& ^&I can share my knowledge in cooking by cooking various cultural dishes and sharing them with peers, expressing my ability to multitask at the same time.^&
