After years of providing domestic assistance to elderly people it’s obvious to me that a lot of people need more help .^& ^&I use my skill as a qualified fitness professional and rowing coach to help elderly and disabled clients to learn how to get mobile again , indoor rowing especially is a fantastic low impact movement that anyone can do for fitness or to just get moving .^&
