I have worked at Australia Zoo as a tour guide for 4 years and love nothing more than teaching people about animals and showing them around fun places, and have many favorable reviews. I've had my own medical equipment hire business and enjoyed being able to help people with their mobility and independence. I made great friends with especially the elderly customers.^& ^&Cert IV in TESOL ... taught me how to listen to the needs of someone else and encourage them to speak in their own time, giving them confidence in everyday situations. It showed me a lot of empathy for the struggles that people from other cultures and backgrounds have when they aren't in their own environment.^&
