Not only do a seek to be empathetic, I believe the key is to be a great listener and understanding of what the individual is going through.^& ^&As an example, I use to assist a client who was blind. He had a passion for woodwork, which I also love. I had organised for us to travel to Vision Australia, where it is setup to assist with such passions. To say the least, my client ended up being better than me at wood turning.^&
