I wanted to become a social carer because I have a vast understanding of Ndis and what is expected of me. For 10+ years, I have been a committed, involved, and dedicated support worker/ Team Leader. I will go to great lengths to assist participants with achieving there Goals and living life to the fullest. I strive to create a comfortable and positive environment for those in my care, there well-being is my top priority. I am trustworthy, reliable , patient and empathetic. I have an extensive background in a vast range of disabilities. I enjoy Roller Skating, Swimming, family time, and gardening. I also have a passion for fast cars.
