I think one of the reasons is that I always care about people, whether physically or emotionally. I hope to help people in different ways, I always put myself in someone's else situations, to see what would people feel if I were them. In my opinion, having empathy is one of the most essential feeling in today's world, especially being a social carer. I like doing exercise, I think doing exercise could release stress and it is good for our physical health. Also, I like listening to music and meditating, they are very useful to help release stress as well, especially good for our mental health. I meditate every night before I go to sleep, it is really relaxing and helps me calm myself, so that I have a better sleep.
