I have been involved and worked in Education, childcare, aged care and disability support all of my life. I have a very large range of skills and knowledge of activities for all age groups, including the elderly and the disabled. I am a very caring and empathetic support worker who listens actively to my client, ensuring I am involving them in activities of their choice. I enjoy assisting people of all ages and abilities to enjoy life to the fullest.^& ^&One on one, assisting with transportation, role modeling and encouraging them to give it a go. Sewing….assist client to prepare machine and assist with pattern. Ask them what they would like to make. Show them how machine works. Demonstrate what is required. Praise and encourage them to build confidence.^&
