I have different experiences working with dementia clients to SIL houses and high care houses I always treated everyone with respect and took the time to listen spend time with them and and rally encouraged them to use their voice or to assist with everyday life activities and I really could see the difference I was making in their lives and it really motivates me to do more and want to expand my skills and maybe one day becoming an RN myself or get into speech therapy and help with speech and I just really enjoy seeing progress and helping achieve goals.^& ^&I love to talk and learn off others and maybe that way others can learn from me also :)^&
