I am very happy go lucky, I love meeting new faces. Getting to know everyone individually. their background stories of growing up and their future goals. I’m a qualified hairdresser but perused a career in nursing in Ireland. I’ve been in Australia 2.5 years and have worked in a variety of Hospital’s and home residential as a support worker. My passion is here as I’ve a sister with learning difficulties who had my full support before I came to Australia. I love Australia. The knowledge along the way has been life changing in the most positive way. ^& ^&Gage my skills based on the needs of the individual. Access clients needs. Engage with the client to find out what they would like. Taken into consideration behavioural and medicated needs. Being client centre. Clinical handovers to keep this consistent for the client.^&
