I have been working in the industry since 2008, my experience ranges from children with disabilities (including Stoma bag care)( peg feed) and all types of autism and Asperger's, I have also worked with elderly with a range of disabilities like dementia ( severe non verbal and behavioural issues ). I have also worked with people that have mobility problems ie: Quads so im able to use the lifter and all personal care.I am very honest and compassionate and have a very big love and self satisfaction for helping people.^& ^&an example would be for instance i have been given a new client that suffers from dementia. I would read all relevant material and try to find out as much as i can about the client before we meet, It also helps to look around and observe ie: looking at photos to try find interests that we can then utilise to make the client engage as much as possible^&
