I am a positive person who is understanding & empathetic with any age group. I am a social person, passionate about helping people and like to listen & learn from their experiences. My core passion is health & wellness like self development & training. I am a meditation teacher in my local community. My interests are arts & crafts such as mosaics, DIY projects, painting & drawing because I love the creative process, regardless of being good at it or not. I enjoy playing cards or board games including video & computer games. I love everything about gardening from creating a beautiful garden, maintaining (lawns, pruning & weeding) , transforming a space whilst getting outside in the sunshine for a little bit of vitamin D & fresh air. I have a training background & love to assist people to learn new skills to be empowered & attain new goals. My forte is understanding how you learn & therefore teach you through your method of understanding with a practical approach. This can be adapted to life skills, fun activities or new subjects of interest. I’m happy to run errands and take you shopping/chemist or appointments when required or alternatively do it on your behalf. I look forward to meeting new people, just like you.
