I would make a great Social Worker because I’m very open and a good listener, with a great personality and energy that makes people feel safe and secure. I was also a Forster child growing up and had many social workers that weren’t great or didn’t make me feel the same thing I would love to make the new or older generation feel and make their experience a lot better than mine. My commitment and trust will be put greatly into the job and with every person, day or shift I will do my best and try my absolute hardest to do my job and care for the people in my responsibility. ^& ^&Talk slowly but not make them feel lower but show them that we’re trying to get on the same level and it’s safe environment for me to be open and comfortable with me. Constant reassurance if they need it or a quick and small words of encouragement every time they may be down and tell them that I’m here to listen and be along side them and they have my full trust with anything. I’ll be there as long as they need me and if they need space I’m happy to give it them while still masking sure they’re OK with constant check ups. Just overall telling them whatever they need me for I’ll be there to support or guide them with.^&
