I'm a experienced, professional and caring multi-skilled support worker with a passion to encourage individuals to reach their full potential. I hold over 4 years working in the disability industry as a senior disability support worker. I obtained my Diploma of Community Services qualification in 2017. I spend time with clients to engage in capacity building skills or support with accessing the community. I am sensitive to every client's individual needs and interests. I am experienced in various aspects of care provision, from general domestic duties to implementing comprehensive and individualised care plans. I am able to support individuals with attending appointments, shopping venues and entertainment events for safety and companionship. I have a range of experience with complex care e.g. supporting clients with neurodiversity conditions such as ADHD and Autism. I am dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of individuals and thrive in a collaborative team environment. I enjoy recreational dancing and attending concerts. I like watching Marvel, comedy and romantic movies. I enjoy playing board games and card games. I don't mind playing the Nintendo Wii with friends and clients. I'm a pet lover and I feel comfortable working alongside individuals who also own a ESA (Emotional Support Animal) or Assistance Animal.
