I became a Social Carer because I’m passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives with independence and dignity. My experience as an Aged Care Worker and Disability Support Worker has taught me the importance of providing compassionate, individualized care. I’m empathetic, patient, and focused on building trust with those I support. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with family, which helps me stay balanced. I thrive in team settings but can work independently, always paying attention to detail and staying calm under pressure. Continuous learning and growth are important to me.
