About

Hi, my name is Alessandra! I'm a positive, energetic, and caring person who is passionate about helping people and being part of a supportive community. I'm a qualified Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience helping people of all ages—from children (paediatrics) to adults—manage their health and get the most out of life. I'm also currently doing my PhD, looking into new ways to help people with back pain. While I'm deep in my studies, I'm looking for opportunities to provide social support and companionship, as connecting with people one-on-one is what I find most rewarding. When I'm not in research mode, you'll find me dancing, singing, or exploring my love for art and theatre. I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's a trip to the beach, trying a new cafe, or just having a good chat over a cup of tea. I'm also a massive foodie and love to cook and bake! Sharing a meal or a baked treat with others is one of my greatest joys, and I'm always thinking about what to whip up in the kitchen next. I'm excited for the chance to meet some wonderful people, share some fun experiences, and offer friendly support. Looking forward to connecting with you!
