I have 4 years experience in the industry. I am passionate about my role and I love the thought of making a difference to someone's day, week, life and helping improve it! I have always had a caring personality and concern for other people's well being. Growing up I had every pet you can imagine, just to make sure I had something to love and care for and look after! I would consider myself a calm and compassionate person who adapts well to a person's needs. I am non judgemental and understand that no two people are the same and I base my support on that, making sure it is very personalised to that client. ^& ^&I am very open to trying new things with my clients and making sure they experience everything in life that I can help with. I love to share my knowledge and skills, for example I love to craft and I will be open with that, inviting the client to share my knowledge, possibly going to classes, crafting at a park table, etc.^&
